1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mantrify, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

2. Accounts & Security

• Sign in with Google to use full features; keep your Google account secure.
• If you notice suspicious activity, contact us promptly.

3. License & Permitted Use

• We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or build competing services without prior written consent.

4. User Content

You are responsible for consequences arising from your content.

• You own the habit problems, mantras, and audio you provide or create.
• You grant us permission to process this content to provide/improve the Service, including calling third-party LLM/voice services, per the Privacy Policy.
• You must not submit illegal, harmful, hateful, pornographic, discriminatory, infringing, or abusive content. High-risk/abusive content may be automatically screened, throttled, or blocked for safety and compliance.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Bypass or attack security/infrastructure; mass automated API calls harming stability.
• Harvest other users’ data without authorization.
• Use generated content for illegal or harmful purposes.
• Evade or interfere with safety checks, abuse detection, or rate limits.

6. Changes & Interruptions

• We may modify, update, or suspend parts of the Service for business or technical reasons; we’ll make reasonable efforts to notify when changes are significant.
• Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, safety interventions, or events beyond our control.

7. Disclaimers & Liability

• Service is provided “as is”; no warranty of uninterrupted use, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages from force majeure, your device/network issues, or your violations.
• Our total liability is limited to fees you paid for the relevant period (if any). During the free beta, liability is further limited.

8. Termination

• You may stop using the Service anytime and request account/data deletion via in-product tools or email.
• We may suspend/terminate access for material violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mantrify’s primary operating jurisdiction (to be specified on the live site). Disputes should first be resolved via good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, they may be submitted to a competent court or arbitration body.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in-product or via other appropriate means. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
