Refund & Cancellation Policy

How cancellations and refunds will work; currently free during beta.

1. Current Beta Phase

Mantrify is free during beta. No subscription or one-time fees are charged now, so no refunds apply at this time.

2. Future Subscriptions & Billing (Planned)

  • We may introduce monthly/yearly subscriptions or one-time purchases for quotas/upgrades.
  • Before charging, we will clearly display prices, billing cycles, auto-renewal rules, and cancellation methods.

3. Cancellation & Auto-Renewal (Future)

  • You will be able to cancel auto-renewal anytime via account/billing settings.
  • After cancellation, paid features remain available until the current period ends; no further charges.
  • If purchased via app stores (if applicable later), their rules will apply.

4. Refund Rules (Future)

  • We may offer full/partial refunds within a reasonable window (e.g., within 7 days of first subscription), subject to usage and local regulations.
  • If a large portion of paid quota/features is consumed, refunds may be partial or declined depending on circumstances.
  • For major outages or defects preventing normal use, we will consider reasonable compensation (extensions, credits, or refunds).
  • When refunds are active, conditions and processes will be shown clearly on the payment page and here.

5. How to Cancel or Request a Refund

  • Cancel via in-product billing/subscription pages (once paid features exist).
  • Or email hi@mantrify.app with order details (order ID, payment time, account email).
  • We will review and respond within a reasonable time.
